Here’s some info from Sunday’s ARES/RACES HF Net:

– Our annual statewide Simulated Emergency Test is this coming Saturday morning. Expect traffic from me on WECOMM and on 3.967MHz. I will also use Winlink to send certain messages so please look for those. If you do not have a Winlink account, I strongly encourage you to open one. It’s free and simple to do.
– Josh Roskos KC9WWH, our WC DEC has done a nice YouTube presentation on setting up Winlink. You can find it by opening YouTube and searching for ‘Install Winlink Express’ and his, and several other selections will pop up.
